I am an individual, couple & family therapist committed to helping adolescents and adults manage life challenges and relationships. My work focuses on a systemic view of clients in the context of their daily lives and circles of influence - identifying patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are unsatisfying or maladaptive; and identifying strategies for transformative change. I believe in a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and experiential approach to helping clients reach their goals. I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and encouraging environment where we can heal from past experiences and explore a healthier and happier present and future.
